UAE DELIVERY

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
This page summarises our frontend demo policy. It is not a legally binding guarantee.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on emirate and order timing.

DELIVERY FEES

Standard UAE delivery: AED 25.
Complimentary UAE delivery on orders of AED 500 and above.
Optional premium gift packaging: AED 35 per gifted line.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

RETURNS

Returns window: 14 days from delivery for unworn items in original packaging.
Unworn items in original packaging may be eligible for return within the stated window. This is a frontend demo policy summary — not a legally binding guarantee.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to availability and may require returning the original piece first.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, contact support with your order ID and photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.
